Distance contract: a contract concluded under an organised distance sales scheme without the simultaneous physical presence of the Seller and Consumer, using exclusively one or more means of distance communication.
Purchase Price: the total price payable for the Goods, including applicable VAT, but excluding delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Scope of the Terms and applicable law
These Terms apply to purchases made through the Website by Consumers. The Store is intended for consumer sales. Orders placed for business purposes may be refused or may require separate written terms.
The Contract is governed by Hungarian law, including in particular the Hungarian Civil Code (Act V of 2013), Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection, Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce, Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on consumer contracts, Government Decree 373/2021 (VI. 30.) on contracts for the sale of goods and the supply of digital content and digital services, Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.) on mandatory guarantees for certain durable consumer goods, and Ministerial Decree 10/2024 (VI. 28.) defining the product groups subject to mandatory guarantee, together with directly applicable EU law.
For Consumers habitually resident in another country to which the Seller directs its commercial activities, the choice of Hungarian law does not deprive the Consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the Consumer’s habitual residence which cannot be derogated from by agreement. This is in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).
Jurisdiction is also subject to mandatory EU consumer-jurisdiction rules, including Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012. Where those rules apply, a Consumer may generally bring proceedings in the courts of the Member State where the Seller is domiciled or where the Consumer is domiciled, and the Seller may generally bring proceedings against the Consumer only in the courts of the Member State where the Consumer is domiciled.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory rule applicable to the Consumer, the mandatory rule prevails to the extent of the conflict.
4. Contract language, form and electronic records
The language of the Contract is English. The Website, checkout and contractual communications may be provided in English. Where mandatory law in the Consumer’s Member State requires particular pre-contractual information in another language, that mandatory requirement remains unaffected.
The Contract concluded through the Website is not considered a written contract under Hungarian law unless the law requires otherwise, and the Seller does not individually archive each Contract as a separately signed instrument. Order and payment records are retained electronically in accordance with legal and accounting obligations.
The Customer may correct data-entry errors before submitting the order using the cart and checkout functions. If an error is discovered after submission, the Customer should contact the Seller without undue delay at info@nusoie.com.
5. Electronic invoices
The Seller issues electronic invoices in accordance with Hungarian VAT and accounting rules. By placing an order, the Customer accepts the use and delivery of an electronic invoice to the e-mail address supplied during checkout, unless mandatory law requires another form.
6. Prices, currency, VAT and the EU One Stop Shop (OSS)
Prices on the Website are displayed primarily in euros (EUR) and are consumer prices inclusive of applicable VAT, unless the Website expressly states otherwise.
For intra-EU distance sales to Consumers, VAT is applied in accordance with the EU VAT rules governing the place of supply. Where destination-country taxation applies, the VAT rate is determined by the EU Member State in which dispatch or transport of the Goods to the Customer ends. Where applicable, the Seller accounts for such VAT through the Union One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme.
If EU law permits taxation in Hungary and the Seller has not opted for destination taxation for the relevant transaction, Hungarian VAT may apply. The tax treatment is determined under the law in force at the time of the transaction.
Because the applicable VAT rate may depend on the delivery country, the final VAT-inclusive amount may be recalculated after the Customer enters or confirms the delivery address. The final amount shown at checkout immediately before the Customer submits the order is the amount payable for the order, subject only to an obvious pricing or technical error.
Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately before the order is submitted. For deliveries within the EU customs territory from Hungary, no import customs duty is normally charged to the Consumer merely because the Goods cross an internal EU border.
Any currency conversion displayed by a bank, payment provider or card issuer is outside the Seller’s control and may be subject to the provider’s exchange rate or fees.
7. Promotions, discount codes and obvious pricing errors
Promotions, bundles and discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with the relevant offer. Unless the Seller expressly states otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined. A discount may be limited to specific products, quantities, markets, Customer groups or periods.
An obvious pricing error includes, for example, a price of EUR 0 for a product that is clearly intended to be sold for consideration, or a displayed final price that is manifestly inconsistent with the stated discount (for example, showing a 20% discount on a EUR 100 item but displaying EUR 50 as the discounted price due to a technical error).
If an obvious error is identified before the Contract is validly accepted, the Seller may correct the error and offer the Customer the opportunity to purchase at the correct price. If the Customer does not accept the corrected price, no Contract is concluded for the affected item. If payment has already been taken for an order that the Seller is legally entitled to cancel because of an obvious error, the amount paid will be refunded without undue delay.
8. Complaints and consumer redress
Complaints, statutory conformity claims, product-warranty claims and, where applicable, mandatory-guarantee claims may be submitted to the Seller using the following contact details:
E-mail: info@nusoie.com
Postal address: 4031 Debrecen, Kantár utca 3., Hungary
Telephone: +36 20 374 1845
Website: https://nusoie.com
Oral complaints are examined promptly and remedied where possible. Where immediate resolution is not possible or the Consumer disagrees with the proposed resolution, the Seller will record the complaint as required by applicable Hungarian consumer-protection law.
Written consumer complaints are answered in writing, with reasons, within 30 days of receipt unless a directly applicable EU rule requires a shorter period. Copies of complaint records and substantive responses are retained for the period required by law.
If a complaint is rejected, the Consumer will be informed of available authority, conciliation or alternative-dispute-resolution options applicable to the case.
Hungarian consumer protection and conciliation
The Seller is established in Hungary. Hungarian consumer-protection authorities and conciliation bodies may have competence in accordance with Hungarian law.
The Hajdú-Bihar County Conciliation Board (Hajdú-Bihar Vármegyei Békéltető Testület) can be contacted at 4025 Debrecen, Vörösmarty u. 13-15., Hungary; e-mail: bekelteto@hbkik.hu. Current contact details and the list of Hungarian conciliation bodies are available at:
https://bekeltetes.hu
The Seller has not made a general declaration of submission to a conciliation board unless the Website or a later written statement expressly provides otherwise.
Cross-border EU consumer assistance
A Consumer resident in another EU Member State may also contact the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) in the country where the Consumer lives for information and assistance in a cross-border dispute.
European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net)
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform established under Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 has been discontinued and Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 was repealed with effect from 20 July 2025. These Terms therefore do not refer Customers to the former ODR platform.
9. Customer reviews
If the Seller displays customer reviews through a verified-review service or another review system, the Seller will provide information on whether and how it verifies that reviews originate from Customers who actually purchased or used the relevant product. If the Fogyasztó Barát review system is enabled on the Website, its technical measures may be used to invite verified purchasers to submit reviews independently of the Seller.
Nothing in this section obliges the Seller to maintain a particular third-party review provider.
10. Severability and code of conduct
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. The invalid provision will be replaced, to the extent permitted by law, by the applicable mandatory legal rule.
The Seller is not subject to a specific voluntary code of conduct unless one is expressly identified on the Website.
11. Product information
The essential characteristics of each Product are described on its product page. Product images are intended to provide a faithful representation, but minor differences in colour, texture, stitching, packaging or other non-essential characteristics may occur because of display settings, manufacturing tolerances or product updates, provided that the Product remains in conformity with the Contract and applicable law.
The Seller may update product descriptions, packaging or non-essential specifications for future orders. Such updates do not alter Contracts already concluded.
12. Ordering process and correction of errors
No registration is required unless the Website states otherwise. The Customer selects the Product and quantity, adds them to the cart, enters contact, delivery and billing information, selects an available delivery method and payment method, and reviews the final order summary.
The cart can be modified before checkout. During checkout, the Customer has an opportunity to review the selected Goods, quantity, delivery destination, delivery charges, applicable VAT, discounts and total amount before submitting the order.
The button used to place the order is labelled in a manner that clearly indicates that the order entails an obligation to pay, such as “Pay now”, “Buy now” or another legally equivalent formulation.
By activating the final order button, the Customer submits a binding offer to purchase the Goods shown in the order summary at the displayed total price.
13. Order acknowledgement and conclusion of the Contract
After an order is submitted, the Seller or Shopify sends an electronic acknowledgement to the e-mail address supplied by the Customer. The Contract is concluded when the Seller sends an order confirmation that constitutes acceptance of the Customer’s order, unless the confirmation expressly states that it is only an acknowledgement of receipt.
If the Customer does not receive any electronic confirmation within 48 hours, the Customer should check the e-mail address provided, including spam folders, and contact the Seller. To the extent provided by Hungarian law, the Customer is released from the offer if the electronic acknowledgement required by law is not received within the legally applicable period.
The Seller may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where there is a legal basis to do so, including failed payment, suspected fraud, a manifest technical or pricing error, an unavailable Product, an undeliverable address, or a breach of a stated purchase restriction. Any amount collected for a cancelled item will be refunded without undue delay.
14. Payment methods and Shopify Payments
The payment methods actually available to a Customer are those displayed at checkout. The Store uses Shopify’s checkout and may use Shopify Payments and other supported online payment methods.
Depending on the Customer’s device, market and the Seller’s active settings, payment options may include major debit and credit cards and accelerated wallets such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. PayPal may also be offered where enabled. Availability can vary by country and transaction.
Shopify Payments is provided to the Seller under Shopify’s applicable terms. For Hungary, Shopify identifies Shopify International Limited as the Shopify Payments contracting entity, while payment processing may involve regulated processors such as Stripe Payments Europe, PayPal (Europe) and/or Adyen, depending on the payment method and transaction.
The Customer’s card or payment details are handled by the relevant payment service provider. The Seller generally does not receive the complete card number. Payment processing is also subject to the payment provider’s own terms, security checks, authentication requirements and privacy notices.
An order will not be dispatched until the Seller has reasonable confirmation that the amount due has been successfully paid or otherwise secured through an accepted payment method.
15. Delivery area, EU shipping and geo-blocking
The Seller offers delivery to selected EU Member States shown as available in the Website’s country/market selector and checkout. The Seller is not required to deliver to every EU Member State. The delivery countries actually available at checkout at the time of the order form the Seller’s current delivery area.
The Website does not restrict access solely on the basis of nationality, place of residence or place of establishment in a manner prohibited by Regulation (EU) 2018/302. However, that Regulation does not require the Seller to provide cross-border delivery to a territory that the Seller does not serve.
A Customer residing outside the Seller’s delivery area may purchase only if the Website allows the order and the Customer provides a delivery address within an available delivery area, or if another legally permitted arrangement is expressly agreed with the Seller.
Unless the Website expressly offers collection, the Seller does not provide personal collection from the registered office.
16. Delivery charges, carriers and delivery time
Available carriers, delivery services and delivery charges are calculated or displayed during checkout based on the delivery country, parcel characteristics and the Seller’s active shipping settings. The Seller may use GLS or another courier or logistics provider.
The Customer is informed of the delivery charge and, where available, the estimated delivery timeframe before submitting the order.
Unless the parties expressly agree otherwise, the Seller will deliver the Goods without undue delay and, for a Consumer, no later than 30 days after conclusion of the Contract, subject to the mandatory rules applicable to the transaction.
If the Seller fails to deliver within the agreed or legally applicable period, the Consumer may exercise the remedies available under applicable law, which may include requiring delivery within an additional appropriate period and, where the legal conditions are met, terminating the Contract.
Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Consumer when the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the Goods, except where the Consumer independently commissions a carrier not offered by the Seller and mandatory law provides otherwise.
Title to the Goods remains with the Seller until the Purchase Price and any payable delivery charge have been paid in full, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Consumer right of withdrawal
A Consumer has the statutory right to withdraw from a distance sales Contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days.
For the sale of a single Product, the 14-day period begins on the day on which the Consumer, or a third party indicated by the Consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the Product. For multiple Goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the period begins when the last Product is received. For Goods consisting of multiple lots or pieces delivered separately, it begins when the last lot or piece is received.
The Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal between conclusion of the Contract and physical receipt of the Goods as well.
If the Seller fails to provide the legally required information about the statutory right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period may be extended as provided by applicable law.
18. Voluntary 30-day withdrawal period
In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, the Seller voluntarily extends the withdrawal period so that Consumers may withdraw within a total of 30 calendar days from receipt of the Goods.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific offer, the conditions governing the Seller’s voluntary extension are the same as those applicable to the statutory right of withdrawal. This voluntary extension does not limit or replace any statutory consumer right.
19. Exercising withdrawal and the 2026 online withdrawal function
Withdrawal may be exercised by any unequivocal statement communicating the Consumer’s decision to withdraw, including by e-mail to info@nusoie.com, by the model withdrawal form in Annex 1, or by the Website’s online withdrawal function.
For distance contracts concluded through the Website’s online interface and subject to a right of withdrawal, the Seller provides an online withdrawal function in accordance with the consumer-rights rules applicable from 2026.
The withdrawal function must be clearly labelled “Withdraw from contract here” or with an equally unambiguous formulation, be prominently displayed and easily accessible, and remain continuously available throughout the applicable withdrawal period.
The online withdrawal statement allows the Consumer to provide or confirm at least:
the Consumer’s name;
details identifying the Contract or order from which the Consumer wishes to withdraw; and
details of the electronic means by which the Consumer wishes to receive confirmation of withdrawal.
After the Consumer completes the online withdrawal statement, the Website enables the Consumer to submit it using a confirmation function such as “Confirm withdrawal” or another equally unambiguous formulation.
The Seller sends an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium without undue delay. The acknowledgement includes the content of the withdrawal and the date and time of submission.
The deadline is met if the Consumer sends the withdrawal statement before the applicable withdrawal period expires. The Consumer bears the burden of proving that the withdrawal was exercised in time.
20. Refunds following withdrawal
If the Consumer validly withdraws, the Seller refunds all payments received from the Consumer in relation to the withdrawn Contract, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date on which the Seller is informed of the Consumer’s decision to withdraw.
The Seller is not required to refund additional delivery costs resulting from the Consumer’s express choice of a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery method offered.
The refund is made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless the Consumer expressly agrees otherwise. The Consumer will not incur a fee from the Seller because of the chosen refund method.
For the sale of Goods, the Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods are returned or the Consumer supplies evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first, except where the Seller has offered to collect the Goods.
21. Returning Goods
Following withdrawal, the Consumer must return the Goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the Consumer communicated the decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if the Goods are sent before the 14-day period expires.
Return address:
Beke Gergely Máté E.V.
4031 Debrecen, Kantár utca 3.
Hungary

The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning Goods following a withdrawal, unless the Seller has agreed to bear that cost or the return is required because the Goods are defective, non-conforming or incorrectly supplied and applicable law places the cost on the Seller.
Cash-on-delivery or postage-due return parcels may be refused where accepting them would require the Seller to pay unagreed charges.
The Consumer is liable only for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.
22. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases excluded by applicable law, including, where the legal conditions are satisfied:
Goods made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
sealed Goods which are not suitable for return for genuine health-protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery;
Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;
other statutory exceptions set out in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented by applicable national law.
The hygiene exception is interpreted narrowly. The Seller will rely on it only where the legal conditions are genuinely met. Opening ordinary transport or retail packaging does not automatically eliminate the right of withdrawal merely because the Product has been handled. This clause does not reduce any mandatory right available to the Consumer.
23. Conformity of Goods and statutory consumer rights
The Goods must conform to the Contract at the time of delivery. In particular, they must correspond to the description, type, quantity and quality agreed; possess the functionality and other characteristics promised; be fit for any particular purpose made known to and accepted by the Seller; be supplied with accessories, packaging and instructions required by the Contract; and possess the characteristics that a Consumer may reasonably expect from goods of the same type, having regard to applicable law and public statements such as advertising and labelling.
The Goods need not conform to a specific public statement if the Seller proves that the Seller was not and could not reasonably have been aware of it, that the statement was corrected before the Contract was concluded, or that the statement could not have influenced the purchasing decision.
A deviation from objective conformity requirements is effective only where the Consumer was specifically informed of that deviation and expressly and separately accepted it where applicable law so requires.
24. Seller’s statutory liability for lack of conformity (kellékszavatosság)
If the Goods are defective or otherwise not in conformity with the Contract, the Consumer may assert statutory rights against the Seller under Hungarian and applicable EU consumer law.
As a first remedy, the Consumer may generally require repair or replacement, unless the chosen remedy is impossible or would impose disproportionate costs compared with the alternative remedy, taking account of all relevant circumstances.
Repair or replacement must be carried out free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the Consumer. Where replacement occurs, the Seller bears the costs required by law for taking back the replaced Goods.
The Consumer may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or to terminate the Contract where, for example, repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate, the Seller has failed to bring the Goods into conformity within a reasonable period, the defect reappears, the lack of conformity is sufficiently serious, or it is clear that the Seller will not bring the Goods into conformity without significant inconvenience.
The Consumer may not terminate the Contract where the lack of conformity is only minor, to the extent the applicable law places the burden of proving minor significance on the Seller.
Under the Hungarian rules reflected in the source Terms, a Consumer should notify the Seller of a defect without undue delay after discovery. A defect notified within two months of discovery is treated as notified without delay. Statutory claims for lack of conformity are generally subject to a two-year limitation period from performance for consumer goods, subject to suspension, restart or extension rules applicable to repaired or replaced Goods.
For a defect becoming apparent within one year from delivery, the applicable presumption rules may place the burden on the Seller to show that the defect did not exist at delivery, subject to the nature of the Goods or defect and any mandatory law applicable in the Consumer’s country.
25. Product warranty claims against the producer (termékszavatosság)
Under Hungarian law, where a movable Product is defective, a Consumer may, subject to the statutory conditions, assert a product-warranty claim against the producer or distributor. The available remedies are generally repair or replacement of the defective Product.
A Product is defective for product-warranty purposes if it does not meet the quality requirements applicable when it was placed on the market or does not possess the characteristics stated in the producer’s description.
The product-warranty claim must generally be exercised within two years from the date the producer placed the Product on the market. The Consumer bears the burden of proving the defect and that it existed when the Product was placed on the market.
The producer may be exempt where it proves a statutory exemption, including that it did not manufacture or place the Product on the market in the course of business, the defect could not have been recognised having regard to the state of scientific and technical knowledge at the time, or the defect resulted from a mandatory legal or regulatory requirement.
The Consumer may have concurrent statutory rights against the Seller and the producer, but cannot obtain duplicate compensation for the same defect.
26. Mandatory guarantee under Hungarian law (jótállás)
A mandatory guarantee under Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.) applies only if the Product falls within a product category listed in Ministerial Decree 10/2024 (VI. 28.) and the other statutory conditions are met.
The inclusion of this section does not mean that every Product sold by nusoie is automatically subject to the Hungarian mandatory-guarantee regime. Whether a particular Product is covered depends on its legal classification and the legislation in force at the time of sale.
Where the mandatory guarantee applies, the guarantee period under the current Hungarian rules is:
2 years for a covered durable consumer good with a sale price of at least HUF 10,000 but not more than HUF 250,000; and
3 years for a covered durable consumer good with a sale price above HUF 250,000.
Where the mandatory-guarantee regime applies, the guarantee period normally begins on delivery to the Consumer or, where installation is carried out by the Seller or its authorised representative, on installation, subject to the statutory rules.
Where applicable, mandatory-guarantee rights may include repair or replacement and, in the situations specified by law, price refund or termination. The statutory rules also regulate repair timeframes, repeated failures, non-repairable Goods and the three-working-day replacement right for covered new durable consumer goods where the defect prevents normal use.
Nothing in these Terms restricts rights arising from a mandatory guarantee. No additional requirement may be imposed on the Consumer beyond those permitted by law.
Unless the Seller expressly grants a separate commercial guarantee in a product description or guarantee statement, these Terms do not create a voluntary commercial guarantee in addition to statutory rights. The Seller’s 30-day withdrawal period is a return right, not a durability guarantee.
27. EU harmonised notice on the legal guarantee of conformity
From 27 September 2026, EU consumer-rights rules require traders to provide a prominent reminder of the legal guarantee of conformity using the harmonised notice prescribed by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960.
For distance contracts concluded through an online interface, the official notice must be displayed in colour (RGB). The elements of the official notice are not editable. The Seller therefore displays the official harmonised notice separately on the Website in the form prescribed by EU law.
The harmonised notice explains, among other things, that goods sold in the European Union benefit from a minimum two-year legal-guarantee protection, that sellers are liable for lack of conformity under the applicable conditions, and that remedies may include free repair or replacement and, in certain circumstances, a price reduction or reimbursement.

28. Product safety and manufacturer information
The Seller provides the product-identification, manufacturer/importer or responsible economic operator information, safety information and warnings required by applicable EU product-safety law through the Product, packaging, accompanying documentation and/or the relevant online product listing, as legally required.
Customers must follow the care, cleaning, use and safety instructions supplied with the Product. Statutory rights are not affected by this obligation.
29. Events beyond reasonable control
The Seller is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control to the extent permitted by law, such as severe transport disruption, natural disaster, widespread infrastructure or payment-system failure, governmental measures, war or civil disturbance. This does not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
30. Personal data
Personal data are processed in accordance with the Website’s Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The Privacy Policy describes the relevant purposes, legal bases, recipients, processors, international transfers where applicable, retention periods and Consumer rights.
31. Amendments and effective date
The Seller may amend these Terms for future orders where justified by changes in law, business processes, payment or delivery services, or the Website. The version in force when the Customer places the order applies to that Contract, unless a mandatory legal change requires otherwise.
Effective date: 13 October 2026.

Annex 1 – Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the Contract. You may instead use the Website’s online withdrawal function or send another unequivocal statement.
