1. Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel confident about your purchase.

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal available to Consumers under applicable Hungarian and EU consumer law, we voluntarily offer a 30-day return period.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return an eligible item.

Once you have notified us of your return, you must send the item back within 14 calendar days.

This means that the return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the Goods; the Goods themselves do not need to physically arrive back at our return address within those 30 days.

During the first 14 days after receiving the Goods, you benefit from your statutory right of withdrawal.

From day 15 up to and including day 30, nusoie voluntarily allows eligible Goods to be returned under the conditions set out in this Policy.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not limit, replace or otherwise affect any statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty, damaged or non-conforming Goods.

2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Under Section 8:1(1)(3) of the Hungarian Civil Code, a Consumer is a natural person acting outside the scope of his or her profession, independent occupation or business activity.

Legal persons and persons purchasing primarily for business purposes are therefore not entitled to the statutory consumer right of withdrawal without giving a reason.

Pursuant to Section 20 of Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason.

For the sale of Goods, the statutory withdrawal period is 14 calendar days.

The 14-day period begins on the day on which the Consumer, or a third party designated by the Consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Goods.

Where several Goods are ordered in one order and delivered separately, the period begins on the day the last Goods are received.

Where Goods consist of several lots or pieces delivered separately, the period begins on the day the last lot or piece is received.

Where Goods are supplied regularly during a defined period, the period begins on the day the first Goods are received.

The Consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal between the date on which the contract is concluded and the date on which the Goods are received.

Where the Consumer made the offer to conclude the contract, the Consumer may withdraw that offer before the contract has been concluded.

If the Seller fails to provide the legally required information concerning the right of withdrawal, the statutory withdrawal period may be extended in accordance with applicable law.

3. How to Request a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal or use our voluntary 30-day return policy, you must notify us within the applicable return period.

You may do this by sending an unequivocal statement to:

You may also use the Model Withdrawal Form included at the end of this Policy or, where available, the online withdrawal function on nusoie.com.

Use of the Model Withdrawal Form is not mandatory.

Your return request should contain sufficient information for us to identify you and your order, such as your name, order number and the Goods you wish to return.

For statutory withdrawal within the first 14 days, you do not need to provide a reason for your decision.

4. Online Withdrawal Function

Where applicable, the online withdrawal function available on nusoie.com allows Consumers to exercise their right of withdrawal electronically.

The function may ask you to provide your name, information identifying the relevant order or contract, and the electronic contact details through which you wish to receive confirmation.

The withdrawal function is available through a link labelled “Withdraw from contract” or another equally clear wording.

The online withdrawal statement may be submitted using a confirmation function labelled “Confirm withdrawal” or another equally unambiguous wording.

After receiving an online withdrawal statement, the Seller will send an acknowledgement on a durable medium, such as e-mail, without undue delay. The acknowledgement will include the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time on which it was submitted.

5. Return Deadline

Once you have notified us that you wish to return an item, you must send the Goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us of the return.

The deadline is met if the Goods are handed over to the carrier before the 14-day period expires.

Please keep proof of postage or another document showing that the Goods were returned within the applicable deadline.

Please do not send return parcels cash on delivery or with postage due. We are unable to accept return parcels that require us to pay unagreed delivery or collection charges upon receipt.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, the Consumer bears the direct cost of returning Goods when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal or our voluntary 30-day return policy.

If the Goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the contract, different rules may apply and the Seller may be responsible for reasonable return costs in accordance with applicable consumer law.

8. Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect and handle the Goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

During the voluntary return period between day 15 and day 30, we may require the Goods to be returned in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection and handling, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory rights.

Where possible, please return the Goods together with their original packaging and included accessories. The absence of the original packaging does not automatically remove statutory rights where applicable.

9. Refunds

If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will refund the payments received from you in relation to the returned Goods.

For a statutory withdrawal exercised within the first 14 days, the refund will include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us for the original order.

We are not required to refund additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and, where the statutory withdrawal right applies, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned Goods or you have supplied evidence that you have sent the Goods back, whichever occurs first.

10. Refund Method

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

You will not incur additional charges from us because of the refund method.

If you expressly request a different refund method, such as a bank transfer, we may use that method with your agreement.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete banking or payment information provided by you.

11. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in circumstances excluded by applicable consumer law.

This may include Goods made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised; Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; sealed Goods which are genuinely unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after being unsealed; Goods which, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items; and other statutory exceptions provided under applicable Hungarian and EU law.

The health-protection and hygiene exception is interpreted narrowly and applies only where the relevant legal conditions are actually satisfied. Merely opening ordinary transport or retail packaging does not automatically result in loss of the right of withdrawal.

Other statutory exclusions may apply to certain services, digital content, sealed software or media, newspapers and periodicals, public-auction purchases and other categories specified by applicable law.

12. Faulty, Damaged or Non-Conforming Goods

This Return Policy is separate from your statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming Goods.

If your Goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or do not conform to the contract, please contact us at info@nusoie.com as soon as reasonably possible and include your order number and a description of the issue.

Under applicable Hungarian and EU consumer law, you may be entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, an appropriate price reduction or, in certain circumstances, termination of the contract and a refund.

These statutory rights may apply even after the 30-day voluntary return period has expired.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not limit or replace the statutory legal guarantee of conformity or any other mandatory consumer rights.

If you wish to receive another product instead of a refund, please contact us at info@nusoie.com.

Where an exchange is available, we will provide the relevant return and replacement instructions.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights to replacement where Goods are faulty or non-conforming.

14. Proof of Withdrawal

The Consumer is responsible for demonstrating that the withdrawal or return request was submitted within the applicable deadline.

Where withdrawal is exercised by e-mail, online form or another written statement, the deadline is met if the statement is sent before the applicable withdrawal period expires.

We recommend keeping the e-mail, confirmation or other evidence showing when the return request was made.
