nusoie started with a simple question: why do travel pillows have to look the way they do?

We wanted something we'd actually enjoy travelling with comfortable enough for long flights, but also beautifully designed. When we couldn't find it, we decided to create it ourselves.

Behind the brand

Designing from scratch

Instead of improving an existing pillow, we started with a blank page.

Working closely with our award winning industrial designer, we explored countless ideas and tested different ergonomic shapes until we found the right balance of comfort and support.

We intentionally created a design led product with a timeless look, something that complements your outfit rather than ruining it.

Finding the right manufacturing partner

A great design deserves exceptional craftsmanship.

That's why we chose to work with one of a leading memory foam manufacturers. With more than twenty years of experience, advanced production facilities, internationally recognised certifications and a dedicated research and development team, they share our commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Choosing every material carefully

The materials make all the difference.

We tested different memory foams, fabrics and finishes until we found the combination that offered the perfect balance of softness, support and durability. Every choice was made with long journeys and everyday comfort in mind.

Refining every detail

The first prototype wasn't perfect.

Neither was the second.

Every version taught us something new. We adjusted the shape, fine tuned the support, tested different foam densities and improved countless small details until everything worked together exactly as we imagined.

Testing it in the real world

A travel pillow shouldn't only feel good in a studio.

It needs to perform on overnight flights, long airport layovers, train journeys and weekend escapes. That's why every prototype was tested in real travel situations to make sure it delivers the comfort and support you can rely on wherever you're going.
